1) Q: Why is my card declined ?
A: Your card might be declined due to the bank blocking your transaction, insufficient funds or an invalid card. Kindly contact your bank to allow and confirm the payment. We also support payment via PayPal.
2) Q: Why does my package not come with an invoice ?
A: We do not put invoices in our packages as we understand that most of our customers buy our custom necklaces as gifts, and would not want the receiver to know the price of the gift.
3) Q: I ordered 2 items, why did I receive only one item ?
A: We usually ship out custom items separately, depending on which necklace/bracelet is produced first. This ensures that you'll receive your items as soon as possible!
4) Q: What are your jewelry made of ?
A: Most of our jewelry are 14k gold-plated stainless steel or 18k gold-plated stainless steel (unless otherwise stated) - materials used are found under product description. They are shower-safe and will never rust! You'll never see a green neck again :)
5) Q: Why does production take 10-15 days ?
A: At Suede Fox, we specialise in custom jewelry. We only provide the best quality jewelry and so, our process of jewelry making involves a lot of quality checks. Please allow 10-15 days for production as your jewelry is custom made just for you ❤
6) Q: I have worn my necklace for a few weeks and it broke, can I get a refund?
A: Please read our Refund policy page for more information on general wear and tear. We do not provide returns or refunds for worn jewelry.
How do I care for my jewelry?
All our jewelry is either made from 14k gold plated chains or 18k gold-plated chains. To make sure the gold plating stays shiny and gold, and to avoid general wear and tear :
-Keep your jewelry away from water and humidity.
-Avoid having contact with perfume, lotions and other chemicals.
-Remove jewelry before sleeping or participating in physical activities
