Due to the recent pandemic, shipping has been delayed worldwide. Shipment warehouses all across the globe are experiencing a backlog of orders that need to be fulfilled. We ship our necklaces from Singapore to the US. Tracking usually takes 10-15 days before any information is updated on the USPS website. If your tracking has not been updated for some time, it is most likely still on its way to the US. Do expect orders to arrive a little later than usual.
