Shipping and Handling FAQ

 *Please note that Custom Jewelry takes about 3 to 4 weeks to reach your doorstep*

The time frame for order delivery : 

• Processing time: Once your order has been placed, it immediately starts going through our ordering process.

• Custom Jewelry : It takes about 10 to 15 days to produce, after which it will be transported from Singapore to the United States by SingPost. It will then be sent domestically via USPS (see shipping time below). The production of a custom jewelry item involves many processes such as polishing, plating, chain packing and assembling. Hence, do expect to receive your item about 30 days, or a month after you place an order. Your patience is appreciated and our jewelry pieces will not fail to please you!

• Shipping time:  US orders are shipped in bulk from Singapore to the USA via SingPost. It will then be shipped by USPS domestically. The whole shipment process will take 15 to 20 days on average. Tracking information will only be available on USPS's website 10 to 15 days after we have created your shipping label. 

Q:  I ordered 2 items, why did I receive only one item ?

A: We usually ship out custom items separately, depending on which item is produced first. This ensures that you'll receive your items as soon as possible!
